When to use
Use before add-ad-account-funds to tell the user what a budget costs with a payment method, or to compare card, bank transfer and crypto. It refuses exactly what adding the funds would refuse.

List ad account requests
Lists the organization's requests for new Meta ad accounts made through Koast: each request's status and stage, the ad accounts it produced with their act ids, and the funds added to them.
