List the user's saved STRUCTURE templates (rule-based campaign blueprints applied to pipeline cards). Distinct from the old campaign-snapshot templates. Read-only. Call before applyStructureTemplate / editStructureTemplateRules when you need the templateId.

Show available structure templates or resolve a templateId before reading/editing/applying one.
