Edit live campaign budget
Change the budget of a campaign or ad set that is ALREADY LIVE on the ad platform.

Change the budget of a campaign or ad set that is ALREADY LIVE on the ad platform. This is the ONLY way to edit a live entity from chat, every other settings/rename write returns a 409 on a live node telling you to use this tool. amount is in CENTS (5000 = $50.00). budgetType 'daily' or 'lifetime'. level 'CAMPAIGN' or 'ADSET' (budget cannot be set on an ad). Pushes straight to the ad platform, so confirm the dollar amount with the user first, exactly like a launch. Returns 409 if the node is still a draft (not live yet), for drafts use updateSettings instead. Any non-budget change to a live entity must be made directly on the ad platform.
When to use
Edit the budget of an already-live campaign or ad set (pushes to the ad platform). Use this when a normal settings write on a live node returns a 409 LIVE_NODE_EDIT error. Confirm the dollar amount first. Drafts use updateSettings instead, this 409s on a draft.
