List Koast batches (campaign launches), these are the user's drafts and in-progress launches stored in the Koast DB, separate from live campaigns on the ad platform.

List Koast batches (campaign launches), these are the user's drafts and in-progress launches stored in the Koast DB, separate from live campaigns on the ad platform. Use this WHENEVER the user asks about 'drafts', 'batches', 'launches', 'what am I working on', 'pending campaigns', or 'in-progress work'. Pass accountId to scope to one ad account; otherwise uses the current page/account context. Status filter accepts: PENDING, RUNNING, COMPLETED, COMPLETED_WITH_ISSUES, ACTION_REQUIRED, FAILED, CANCELLED. Read-only.
When to use
Use for any "drafts / batches / launches / what am I working on" question. Koast batches are NOT ad-platform campaigns, they are the in-Koast launch shells that may or may not have been pushed to the ad platform yet.
