List the active brand's saved creative templates: html ad layouts with {{slot}} placeholders. Returns each templateId with its slots and what goes in them, newest first. Read-only.
When to use
Before making more versions of a layout the brand already saved, or when the user asks for their templates. Render one with render-creative, its templateId and a value for each slot.
