Real list of ad accounts the current user can access (one per brand).

Real list of ad accounts the current user can access (one per brand). Use this WHENEVER you need to know which ad account to act on and the user has not explicitly named one, typically when on the 'all accounts' dashboard view, or when the user mentions an account name you cannot match. NEVER invent account names; always call this first and then ask the user to choose from the real options it returns. Read-only. Output is keyed by brandId; connected: false means the brand has no ad account attached.
When to use
Call before any per-account work when account scope is unknown. Its rows are the options to offer the user when in isAllAccountsView mode. Do not hallucinate accounts, only use names returned by this tool.
