List ad account campaigns
Lists ALL campaigns in the brand's ad account on its ad platform, including those NOT imported to Koast.

Lists ALL campaigns in the brand's ad account on its ad platform, including those NOT imported to Koast. Use whenever the user mentions 'Meta', 'Meta account', 'Whop', 'Whop account', 'ad account', 'external campaigns', 'not in Koast', 'not imported', or wants the full ad-platform view. Do NOT use getCampaignTree, that returns only Koast-tracked data. Pass accountId explicitly when account scope was resolved via listMyAdAccounts (multi-account / all-accounts dashboard); omit only when a single account is already locked-in by the dashboard context.
When to use
List ALL campaigns in an ad account on the ad platform, including ones NOT imported into Koast. Use for "what's in my Meta account" / "what's in my Whop account" / "campaigns not in Koast". Pass nameQuery to find a specific named campaign. NEVER substitute getCampaignTree, it sees only Koast data.
