Turn launch into structure template
Creates a structure template from the launch's existing structure, optionally named name.

Apply campaign snapshot template
Copies the campaign settings stored in the snapshot template onto the campaign already in the launch. It does not create ad sets or ads, and fails on a launch with no campaign.
Apply structure template
Populates the launch, a draft pipeline card, with the structure template's campaign, ad set and ad structure. It never publishes. A card that is already populated is replaced only when overwrite is true. Use suppliedDeferred for per-account values the template leaves open.
