Rename campaign, ad set or ad
Renames a campaign, ad set or ad in the launch to newName.

Edit live campaign budget
Changes the daily or lifetime budget of a campaign or ad set that is already live, and pushes the change straight to the ad platform. amount is in cents (minimum 100). Returns 409 for a node that is still a draft; draft budgets are changed through the settings endpoint.
Duplicate and vary
Duplicates the node count times and sets one settings path, vary.path, to a different value on each copy, taken in order from vary.values (its length must equal count). Paths and values are validated against the settings schema. nameTemplate names the copies.
