List webhook endpoints
Lists every webhook endpoint of the organization (at most 20). Requires an organization owner or admin when called with an OAuth token.

Edit structure template rules
Updates the structure template. Pass only the fields to change; a new config is validated before it is saved.
Create webhook endpoint
Creates a webhook endpoint and returns its whsec_… signing secret. Deliveries follow the Standard Webhooks spec (webhook-id, webhook-timestamp, webhook-signature). At most 20 endpoints per organization (422 unprocessable beyond).
