Update RedTrack campaign mapping
Sets the RedTrack campaign that receives the spend of an ad platform campaign. A manual mapping wins over the automatic one. Send rtCampaignId: null to remove the manual mapping. Returns the full mapping list. Requires an organization owner or admin.

List RedTrack campaign mappings
Returns the campaign mappings used by the RedTrack spend push: automatic ones derived from the RedTrack clicks of the last days (sub3, falling back to rt_campaign_id), manual ones, the Koast campaigns with spend that have no mapping (with the reason), and the RedTrack campaigns to pick from. Any member who can access the brand can read it; changes require an organization owner or admin.
Get RedTrack spend push
Returns the RedTrack spend push setting of the brand and the outcome of the last push: when it ran, how many campaigns it placed, the last error and how many Koast campaigns with spend have no RedTrack campaign mapped. Any member who can access the brand can read it; changes require an organization owner or admin. disabledReason is unauthorized or refused when RedTrack refused the key, and key_changed when the brand's RedTrack key was changed (an owner or admin turns it back on).
